Privacy Policy

In plain English:we only collect what we need to help you, we don't sell your data, and we use reputable services (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Vapi, Cal.com, Anthropic) to run the business. You can contact us anytime to see, update, or delete what we have.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Majestic Automation ("Majestic Automation," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites (including majesticautomation.com and any subdomains), use our services, or otherwise interact with us.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact information you provide through forms on our site: first name, business name, work email, phone number, and any message you write.
- Business context you share during discovery calls, chat sessions, or emails — for example, your approximate ad spend, number of calls you receive, or service area.
- Payment information you enter at checkout. Card numbers are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Account information if you create an account, claim a directory listing, or subscribe to a service: login credentials, preferences, and a log of your activity within the product.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and general location inferred from IP (country/region, not precise location).
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in, remember what's in your cart across page loads, and measure how the site performs. See our cookies section below.
Information from third parties
- Publicly available business information that we gather from sources like Google Maps, Yelp, and company websites — used only to build and maintain the movers directory. If your business information appears there and you want it removed, email us and we'll remove it within a reasonable time.
- Payment and booking metadata from Stripe and Cal.com when you purchase a service or book a call.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you've requested, and operate our business.
- Send you transactional messages (booking confirmations, invoices, product updates).
- Send you the AI Readiness Guide or other resources you've specifically requested.
- Personalize the AI chatbot, voice agent, and email responses so they're useful to your specific business.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and resolve billing disputes.
- Improve our services, debug issues, and analyze usage patterns in aggregate.
- Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.
We will not use your information to sell you unrelated products, share it with third-party advertisers, or put you on a list for other companies to market to.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business. Each of these has its own privacy practices, which we recommend reviewing if you'd like full detail:
- Infrastructure & database: Supabase (stores your account and usage data), Vercel (hosts the website).
- AI models: Anthropic (powers our chatbot, voice agent, and automated analysis). Your conversations with our AI are processed by Anthropic's API under its standard terms.
- Messaging: Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vapi (voice calls).
- Payments: Stripe (subscriptions and one-time payments).
- Booking: Cal.com (discovery-call scheduling).
- Data collection: Apify and Firecrawl (publicly available business directory data).
We may also share information (a) with your explicit consent, (b) as required by law or to respond to valid legal process, (c) to protect the safety, rights, or property of Majestic Automation, our customers, or the public, or (d) in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we'll notify you in advance.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it. Specifically:
- Active customer data: retained for the duration of your engagement with us, plus up to 7 years after your account closes for tax and accounting compliance.
- Leads and form submissions: retained for up to 3 years unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Call recordings and chat transcripts: retained for up to 12 months for quality and training purposes, then deleted.
- Anonymized analytics: may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form that does not identify you.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct information that's wrong.
- Delete your information (subject to some legal exceptions, like records required for tax compliance).
- Opt out of marketing messages (every email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any SMS).
- Object to, or limit, certain types of processing.
- Request that we not sell or share your information — we don't do either, but you can still confirm.

7. SMS and phone communications
If you give us a phone number and consent to receive SMS or voice calls, we'll use it only for the specific purpose you agreed to (for example, receiving booking confirmations, a demo call from our AI voice agent, or appointment reminders for services you've purchased).
- Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out.
- Reply HELP to any SMS for help and our contact info.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- We never send marketing SMS without your explicit consent, and we never share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential functions: keeping you logged in, remembering cart contents, maintaining session state.
- Analytics: understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it (we use privacy-respecting tools and do not use advertising cookies).
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encrypted connections (TLS) for all data in transit, encrypted databases at rest, limited internal access on a need-to-know basis, and ongoing monitoring for unauthorized activity. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are built for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we've inadvertently collected information from a child, please email us and we'll delete it.
11. International users
We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email (if we have one on file) or through a notice on our website before the change takes effect.
