Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
In plain English:our services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Pay for what you use, cancel with 30 days' notice. We'll do good work and not surprise you. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it. Read the details below for the full agreement.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Majestic Automation("Majestic Automation," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using what we offer, you agree to these Terms.
If you're agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Who can use our services
Our services are for business use by operators of service providers (such as movers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, dentists, and similar). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. The services are not directed at children.
3. Accounts and registration
To access certain features you may need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone else.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods, that violate these Terms, or that present a security or fraud risk.
4. Subscriptions, pricing, and billing
Subscription model
Most of our services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. Pricing for each service is shown on our services & pricing page, and the exact price, setup fee, and included usage is confirmed at checkout.
Setup fees and first payment
Some services include a one-time setup fee in addition to the monthly subscription. Setup fees are charged at the same time as your first monthly payment and are non-refundable once setup work has begun (see refund policy below).
Usage overages
Certain services (such as the AI Voice Agent and AI Quote Bot) include a set allowance of voice minutes or messages per month. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at the overage rate shown on the services page (typically $0.17 per Vapi voice minute or as otherwise disclosed at checkout). Overages are calculated monthly and invoiced with your next regular subscription renewal.
Payment methods
We use Stripeto process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for all fees due. You're responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Price changes
We may change pricing for our services. For existing subscriptions, we'll give you at least 30 days' advance notice by email before any increase takes effect, and you'll have the option to cancel before the new pricing applies.
5. Cancellation and refunds
How to cancel
You can cancel any subscription at any time by emailing hello@majesticautomation.comwith "Cancel" in the subject line, or through your account dashboard if one is available. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep service through the period you've already paid for.
For services with a 30-day notice clause (typically full-service retainers and custom bundles), cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your notice. This is because implementation involves dedicated time from our team that needs to be wound down in an orderly way.
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: fees already paid are generally non-refundable. You retain access through the end of the paid period.
- Setup fees: non-refundable once setup work has begun. If you cancel before we begin setup, you can request a refund of the setup fee.
- Exceptions: if we've materially failed to deliver what we promised, contact us — we'll make it right. We'd rather resolve a problem than keep money from an unhappy customer.
6. How our services work
AI-powered services
Many of our services use artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic and similar vendors) to generate content, hold conversations, and make routing decisions. AI systems can make mistakes. You agree to review AI-generated output where appropriate — especially anything going to your customers in your name — and we provide approval and oversight tools for this purpose.
Quotes and pricing output
If you use our AI Quote Bot or similar tools that generate price estimates for your customers, you're responsible for the pricing model, rules, and logic we deploy on your behalf. We configure the system to match the parameters you provide. Final commercial responsibility for any quote, contract, or commitment made through your AI tools rests with you.
Messages and calls on your behalf
When we send SMS, email, or voice calls on your behalf, we do so using information and templates you've approved. You're responsible for ensuring that the content of those messages, and the consent you've collected from your recipients, comply with applicable law (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and equivalent state laws). We'll only send messages that you have directed us to send.
Uptime and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief outages for maintenance, vendor issues (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Vapi, Anthropic, etc.), or unforeseen events can happen. We'll work to minimize disruption and communicate proactively when significant issues occur.
7. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Use the services to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or violate any anti-spam or anti-telemarketing laws.
- Upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringes intellectual property, or violates any third party's rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our systems or the underlying AI models.
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Use our services to build a competing product or resell our services without our written permission.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from our websites beyond normal use.
We can suspend or terminate access immediately if we have a reasonable basis to believe you're violating these rules or creating risk for us, our other customers, or the public.
8. Your data and our data
You retain ownership of your customer data and business information that you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use that data for the sole purpose of delivering the services you've hired us for.
We own our software, systems, brand, content, and any workflows or configurations we develop for our platform generally. Our specific configuration of your AI tools (prompt templates, pricing logic for the Quote Bot, journey sequences, etc.) remains usable by you as long as you maintain an active subscription.
Our collection and use of information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
Our services integrate with third-party providers including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Vapi, Cal.com, Anthropic, Apify, and Firecrawl. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms. We're not responsible for how those third parties operate, but we do our best to choose reputable partners.
10. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcome — including, for example, that your lead volume will increase by any particular amount, that missed calls will drop by any specific percentage, or that any AI tool will produce any specific result. Testimonials and statistics on our websites are illustrative and not guarantees.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAJESTIC AUTOMATION AND ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES — EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Automation and its principals, employees, and vendors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of (a) your use of our services, (b) content, instructions, or data you provide to us, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to services and terms
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features of our services over time. For material changes to these Terms, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice by email or through the service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement consistent with the cancellation terms above. On termination, your right to access the services ends, though we'll keep records as required by our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
